Shipping & Returns

We want every Smart Armor customer to have a positive experience. Whatever the reason, we offer a refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery. Just return the item(s) unused, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

We’re committed to delivering the highest quality products so your feedback is valuable.  Let us know if there was a particular issue that made you return the product.

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)

  1. Item(s) with signs of use
  2. Returns & refunds notified more than 28 days after delivery
  3. Item(s) not returned in re-saleable condition
  4. If you keep part of any order (including any free gifts)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm a full refund OR partial refund offer. Once a refund is approved your payment account / card will be credited the amount.


We’ll happily replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit.  If you need to exchange it for the same item(s) just follow the instructions for returns.

Late or missing refunds

In the unlikely event you don’t hear back from us within 3-5 working days, check your spam / junk email folders and your payment account / card. If you’re still not sure, email us  [email protected].

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs

If you paid for next day / express / international delivery we’re not able to refund this unless the product was faulty.


Standard delivery is FREE can take 2 - 5 days. The courier may provide more options once your package has left their depot for delivery.

Next day / Express delivery is £5.55. Place your order before 2pm and we will deliver your order the very next day between 8am and 5pm including Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
